An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for dedicated Anaesthetics Theatre Practitioner/ODP to work in an outstanding private hospital based in the Marylebone, London area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This is a renowned private hospital in the heart of London, dedicated to providing world-class medical services with a commitment to patient care and well-being

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse or an ODP with a current active NMC/HCPC registration**

As an Anaesthetics Theatre Practitioner/ODP your key responsibilities include:

• Prepare and assist with the administration of anaesthesia

• Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to any changes during surgery

• Prepare the operating room and equipment for surgical procedures

• Maintain a sterile field and ensure infection control protocols are followed

• Assist the surgical team with positioning and draping the patient

• Provide post-operative care and support to patients as they recover from anaesthesia

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• One year of experience in a UK theatre setting, with knowledge of various surgical specialties

• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team

• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality patient care

The successful Anaesthetic Theatre Practitioner/ODP will receive an excellent salary of £38,000 - £41,535 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 37.5 hours a week working on early and late shifts.
